Safety notes
- If you have kidney disease or take medication affected by mineral intake, talk to your provider before taking magnesium.
- Vitamin K can interact with blood thinners such as warfarin. Tell your provider if you take one.
Not included
- Electrolytes: We write about electrolytes because they matter on a GLP-1 — but they are not in this bundle. Our dispensary does not currently carry an electrolyte product, so source one separately if you want it.

- Grass-fed whey protein isolate (20 g per serving) — helps you reach a protein target when appetite makes food alone difficult
Safety notes
- Creatine: drink enough water, and check with your provider first if you have any kidney concerns.
- Whey is a dairy protein. Not suitable if you have a milk allergy.
Not included
- Leucine and BCAAs: We discuss leucine because of its role in muscle protein synthesis — but there is no BCAA product in this bundle. Whey protein isolate is naturally rich in leucine, so adequate protein intake covers most of what a separate BCAA supplement would.
- Collagen: Collagen is in the Hair & Skin Nutrition Bundle rather than this one. For muscle specifically, whey is the better-supported protein source.
Energy & Recovery Bundle

Not included
- Ashwagandha and lion's mane: Both were considered and removed on the advice of our medical reviewer. They are not in this bundle.
- NMN: We use nicotinamide riboside rather than NMN. The FDA has taken the position that NMN is excluded from the dietary supplement definition, so we do not carry it.

- Multi-collagen peptides — a protein source supplying amino acids your body uses to build its own collagen
Safety notes
- ⚠ IMPORTANT — this bundle contains biotin from TWO sources, so the combined dose is higher than either label alone. High-dose biotin can interfere with thyroid and hormone blood tests and produce misleading results. Pause it 2–3 days before bloodwork and tell whoever ordered the test.
- The collagen is a multi-collagen blend. If the source matters to you for dietary or religious reasons, check the product label before ordering.
Not included
- Iron: Deliberately not included. Iron should only be taken with a lab result showing you need it — taking it without a documented deficiency can cause harm. Ask your provider for a ferritin test first.

- Multi-fiber prebiotic blend — adds fiber back when eating less means eating less of it
Safety notes
- Take any fiber supplement 1–2 hours away from all oral medications — fiber can interfere with how they are absorbed.
- Take fiber with plenty of fluid. Fiber without enough water makes constipation worse, not better.
- If you have gone several days without a bowel movement and have severe abdominal pain, a distended abdomen, or vomiting, contact your provider rather than adding a supplement.
Not included
- Psyllium husk: We previously listed psyllium. This bundle now uses a multi-fiber prebiotic blend instead. The medication-timing guidance above applies to any bulk fiber, including this one.
